Hello, I’m Candace.

I’m the Commercial Service Manager at Munn Insurance, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and a strong commitment to service, teamwork, and client care. I’ve also hold a CAIB designation, which has helped strengthen the knowledge and professionalism I bring to both clients and colleagues.

My role is focused on supporting our commercial service team, building strong client relationships, and helping ensure businesses receive the responsive, reliable service they deserve. Throughout my career, I’ve always believed that great service comes from strong communication, trust, and a genuine commitment to helping people.

Whether I’m working with clients or supporting our team deliver on client needs, I take pride in being dependable, professional, and focused on finding the right path forward.

Outside of work, I enjoy managing youth sports in my community. Teamwork has always been important to me, and that carries through in the way I approach helping people feel supported, working together, and making sure clients know they are in good hands.
