Temporary Office Closure and System Maintenance – October 23–24th, 2025
As part of our exciting relocation to our newly renovated Head Office at 187 Kenmount Road, St. John’s, Munn Insurance will be completing a major IT and phone server migration this month.
To complete this work safely and efficiently, all Munn Insurance offices, systems, and client services will be temporarily unavailable starting at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 23rd through to Friday, October 24th, 2025.
During this time, our teams will be conducting essential system migration and testing to ensure a smooth transition and deliver improved performance and reliability moving forward.
Normal business operations will resume on Monday, October 27th at 8:30 AM (NST).
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important milestone in our modernization journey. This upgrade will enhance our ability to serve you better with faster, more reliable systems and communications.
