Please first make sure that you are safe. Be careful as you look around your home to assess any damage after the storm. On the roads exercise caution particularly in those intersections where traffic lights are not working. These 4-way stops can be tricky.
If your roof has been damaged such that there is a hole, visible bare wood or if water is leaking into your home, please contact us immediately at 1-855-726-8627. We will arrange for priority assistance. Please do not put yourself in harms way by going up on the roof or attempting to fix the damage. Let us arrange to get a professional there to help with the appropriate safety equipment and tools to get things fixed.
When the winds have died down, please take a walk around the exterior of your home to look for any signs of damage to your siding, roof, or fence. If possible, take pictures of what you see and contact us for assistance. We will assign an adjuster who will be in contact with you to help get the damaged assessed and help guide you through the claim.
We will make every attempt to contact you within 3 business days of when you initially report your claim; however we also ask for your patience as these timelines may be more difficult to meet under the circumstances.
